Unless otherwise specified, acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be indicated by an organisation downloading resources, subscribing to our newsletter and/or completing payment for Assessment.

SME Centre Ltd is a management systems consultancy business and inspection body for SME Standards.  It operates service package for organisations providing on-line Toolkits, remote support and assessment for a certificate.

As a registered user of www.smecertificationcentre.co.uk you are provided with a guidance and document download/upload area.

To gain access to the full Assessment tool and guidance you will be required to complete payment in full.  You will then be required to manually enter your user details to login,  to ensure your documents remain unavailable to general visitors.

Assessment Fees

Services purchased are for one year from the date of payment. This is an annually recurring subscription payment.

Fees shown are excluding VAT and for single site only.  Bespoke quotations are provided on request for larger or multi-site organisations.

 

Refund Policies and Procedures

You have a right to cancel your subscription, within 7 working days after the date of payment or any renewal subscription within 14 days of the renewal date (anniversary), and this will also be confirmed in writing to you by email.  The procedure for cancelling your subscription is by sending a notice of cancellation, by e-mail to info@smecertificationcentre.co.uk which will likewise be confirmed in your confirmation email.

 

Software and Content

All information, materials, graphics, software (if any), and products that are made available to view and/or download in connection with SME Certification Centre is owned by and is the copyrighted work of SME Centre Ltd and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
