Certification

The certification process is simple.

Once you have set up your membership and completed a toolkit, you'll be ready for assessment.

1. SUBMIT

When you have completed a toolkit, submit your work for assessment by uploading your documents at the end.

2. ASSESSMENT

One of our Assessors will review your application.  They may contact you if they have any queries.

3. OUTCOME

We'll send you the Assessor's findings in a short report.  If your organisation did not pass the assessment, the report will give clear instructions on what you need to do to improve and re-submit.

4. CERTIFICATION

You'll receive a certificate and marketing pack - so go ahead and tell the world what you've achieved!

5. MAINTENANCE

Now that you have your certificate, keep up the good work through the year.  This doesn't take a lot of time.

We'll be in touch to remind you when your next assessment is due (your certificate is valid for 12 months).
